Microwave
Wrap one dozen tamales or less in very damp paper or cloth towel and place in microwave safe container. Microwave on High for 2-3 minutes depending on power of microwave. If frozen, heat at 50% power 3 minutes; turn the bag over, then heat at full power for 1-2 minutes more.Remove corn husk prior to serving.
Enchiladas Bake and Reheat

Bake frozen enchiladas for 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees. Or let the chicken enchiladas thaw, then bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove the foil for the last 5-10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Individual
Reheat in microwave for 2-3 minutes (fresh) 3-5 minutes (frozen) or reheated in a toaster oven for 10-15 minutes.

Tamales are packed in a thick-sided styrofoam cooler with gel ice packs and ice packs keep them cold (often frozen), and they won't spoil. Just put them in the freezer or refrigerator when you get them.
Your tamales come vacuum-sealed (cryovac), so that they stay fresh for days (21+) in the refrigerator, and months (12+) in the freezer.
